Hagar’s House is a local shelter for women and children. The evening meal is provided by members of the various churches and organizations throughout the metro area.  STM parishioners are asked to prepare and serve meals at the shelter for approximately 21-25 days each year.  Two or three volunteers plan and cook a meal for about 25 residents of the shelter for ONE evening during those weeks that STM is asked to serve.

If you are interested in participating in this ministry, your email address is added to a list of volunteers and you will be alerted as to when it is our turn to serve and you can sign up at that time.  For 2016, our weeks to serve are in January, April and October.

The meal coordinators are Teresa Perella – tlperella@gmail.com, Erica Stelton – erica.stelton@gmail.com and Lauren Hoade – lghoade@gmail.com. The hotline # for people needing shelter is 404-377-5365.
