Summer Book Studies
In commemoration of the death of George Floyd on May 25, STM is forming summer sharing groups using books that examine racism in the United States as well as Black theology and spirituality. Below are the book group options:

  • Thea Bowman: In My Own Words (Thursdays, June 3 – July 1, 7:30pm)
  • Howard Thurman: Jesus and the Disinherited (Wednesdays, July 7 – August 4, 7:30pm) OR
    (Mondays, July 5 – August 2, 7:30pm)
  •  Jason Reynolds and Ibram Kendi: Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You – (Tuesdays, June 29 – July 27, 7:00pm In-person at Mulhern Hall) OR (Tuesdays, June 29 – July 27, 7:30pm Zoom)
