STM K-2nd Grade Basketball 23-24
The K-2nd grade coed basketball program is a recreational league run by STM parent volunteers and open to STM students and parishioners. The program is eight weeks long, one hour each week, Friday nights only, and starts January 5th. Each Friday, a one-hour session is broken into two segments: a 30-minute practice followed by a 30-minute scrimmage with the opposing team. The overall goal is to introduce basic basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting the ball while also providing an opportunity to compete at an introductory level.
Registration closes Sunday, December 10th. This program fills up quickly, so prompt registration is encouraged. Volunteer coaches and their children receive priority.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact activity that integrates exercise, stretching, and relaxing with a series of moves that flow from one to the next. The regular practice of Tai Chi can improve balance, flexibility, muscle mass, bone density, posture, circulation, anxiety, stress, self-awareness, and more. Additionally, scientific studies support Tai Chi as an activity that improves many health conditions and aspects of daily life.
Tai Chi meets most Thursdays from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm and most Saturdays from 7:45 am to 8:45 am in Mulhern Hall.
