    DEAM
    This group manages a collection of clothing, pantry items, and other items to support those facing economic challenges locally. Contact

    Emmaus Dinners
    This group fosters community and support for pregnant and postpartum women, as well as their families. The group gathers twice a month on Tuesdays to share a meal, connect, and support one another in this special season. Contact Mary Grace Germain for more. 

    Faith in Action: Education and Advocacy Committee
    This group provides opportunities to connect faith with justice through community activities and advocacy events grounded in Catholic Social Teaching. Contact

    Faith in Action: Grants Committee
    This group encourages STM parishioners to identify organizations that address poverty, income inequality, and/or racism grounded in Catholic Social Teaching. Contact

    Gift of Grace/AIDS Ministry
    Serving meals, creating relationships, and supporting efforts of education & advocacy around HIV/AIDS. Contact Lindsey Farrell for more information.

    Giving Tree Team
    This group coordinates the collection and distribution of Christmas gifts for our annual Giving Tree. Contact Pam Ryan for more information. 

    Hagar's House
    A group of 100+ volunteers who prepare meals 4x a year (a week at a time) for the residents of Hagar's House. Contact Lauren Hoade for more information.

    Hospital Bound Ministry
     Visit the sick at Emory and bring them communion. Times and needs vary. Contact Chuck Ward for more information.

    Homebound Ministry
    This ministry visits parishioners in their homes or retirement communities and takes communion. Contact

    Knights of Columbus
    This group of men supports the parish and the local community in various charitable ways. Contact Matt Hegarty for more information.


    LifeLine Ministry

    Martha's Ministry
    This group plans and serves funeral receptions at the parish. Contact Cyndy Fordyce for more information. 

    Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cancer Home Sewing Group
    This group gathers monthly to sew simple pads for the cancer hospice. Contact Mary Jane Brisbane for more information.

    Parish Council
    This group advises the pastor and helps guide the spiritual and administrative direction of the parish community. Contact Fr. Bob Hussey for more information.

    Serviam
    This group reaches out to parishioners (sick, death in the family, baptism) in small ways (letters, calls) with great love! Contact Erin Brewster for more information.  

    St. Vincent de Paul
    Visiting those in need, providing hope and help through financial assistance and prayer. Contact Virginia Perez for more information.  

    Stephen Ministry

    Adult Formation Ministries

    Adoration
    This group meets for a time of prayer and reflection before the Blessed Sacrament, honoring Christ's real presence in the Eucharist. Contact Kirsten Wehner for more information.

    Cardoner Companions
    You can encounter a deeper understanding of Ignatian Spirituality, accompany others on their spiritual journeys, and be a ministry leader. Contact Andy Otto for more information. 

    Centering Prayer
    This group meets weekly to engage in the Ignatian practice of centering prayer. Contact Joanna Brunson for more information. 

    LGBTQIA+ Bible Study
    This Bible study is based on the previous Sunday's lectionary readings. LGBTQ people and their allies are welcome to join. Contact Isaiah Lewis for more information. 

    Not Your Mama's Rosary Group
    This group of women meets on Tuesday mornings to pray the rosary. Contact Erin Brewster for more information.

    Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA)
    The focus is on spiritual growth and development and on providing a safe and supportive place for those who are unsure whether or not they are called to enter into full Communion with the Catholic Church. Contact Andy Otto for more information. 

    Scripture Study with Louanne
    A bible study with The Word Among Us. Contact Louanne Bachner for more information. 

    Women's Bible Study
    This group hosts two sessions per year (Fall and Spring) in Mulhern Hall on Mondays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Contact Katie Seitz for more information. 

    THE WORD Bible Study
     Study the Bible's history, literary significance, and hermeneutics (interpretations). Contact Jerry Pendrick for more information. 



    Youth Formation Ministries

    Parish Nursery

    Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS)
    A Montessori-based catechesis model for children ages 3 through 6. Contact Ann Garrido for more information. 

    SPARK
     A lectionary-based small group conversation and multimodal activities for PreK4 through 5th Grade.  Contact Fernanda Mucchiut for more information.

    WILDFIRE
     A dynamic youth faith formation for middle schoolers (6th-8th Graders). Contact Gaby Guerrero for more information. 

    IGNITE 
    A dynamic youth faith formation for high schoolers (9th- 12th Graders), including preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation. Contact Gaby Guerrero for more information. 

    Confirmation
    Preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation begins in the 10th Grade. Contact Gaby Guerrero for more information. 

  • Liturgical Ministries

    Adult Choir
    Sing at 11:30 am Mass, practice Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. Contact Joseph Legaspi for more information.

    Altar Servers
    Altar servers assist the priests during Mass and other liturgical celebrations. All who have received First Holy Communion can serve. Contact Andy Scantlebury for more information. 

    Art & Environment
    Decorate the church for the special liturgical seasons and feasts. Contact

    Cantors
    Lead the congregation in music during Mass and special liturgies. Contact Joseph Legaspi for more information. 

    Children's Choir
    K-5, Sing at special Masses. Practice varies on Sunday at 10:00 am. Contact

    Children's Liturgy of the Word
    A kid-friendly worship experience where young children hear and reflect on the Sunday Gospel in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Contact Andy Otto for more information. 

    Eucharistic Ministers (EMs)
    Providing the Eucharist to the congregation during Mass. Contact

    Junior Ushers
    Youth who welcome, help seat people at Mass and other events and manage the collections at Mass. Contact Leigh Holbrook for more information. 

    Lectors
    Proclaimers of the Word of God during Mass and special liturgies. Contact Amanda Mushill for more information.

    Sacristans
    Prepare and clean the altar for Masses and Liturgical Celebrations. Contact Kirsten Wehner for more information. 

    Tech Crew
    Manages sound, lighting, and visual presentations to enhance worship and communication. Contact Leigh Holbrookfor more information. 

    Ushers

    Youth Music Team
    This group sings at the 5:30 pm Sunday Mass; practice is on Sunday at 4:30 pm. Contact Joseph Legaspi for more information.

  • Social Ministries

    AGAPE
    Faith-sharing community for young adults/late teens with special needs. Contact Julie Siler for more information. 

    Athletics
    This ministry fosters faith, fellowship, and sportsmanship through recreational and competitive sports within the parish community. Contact Leigh Holbrook for more information. 

    Hiking Group

    Little Ways Playgroup

    LGBTQ+ Catholics & Friends

    The More Players
    This group is STM's theater ministry and brings the parish community together through their annual productions of beloved theatrical productions. Contact Alex Azzarello for more information. 

    Parents with Young Kids

    S-Factor

    Scouting America
